Daebang Construction is strengthening its mid-to-long-term growth foundation by expanding its business portfolio into diverse fields, including urban redevelopment and public projects, with a focus on its housing business.
Daebang Construction recently proved its competitiveness in the public land development sector by winning the contract for the 'Gwacheon Gwacheon Public Housing District Construction Project Phase 1' ordered by the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH). This project includes the development of approximately 290,000 pyeong (963,217㎡) of land in the Gwacheon-dong, Juam-dong, and Makgye-dong areas of Gwacheon, Gyeonggi Province, and is scheduled to proceed for 63 months from the start date.

In the housing sector, the company is supplying residential complexes in major regions across the country, led by its premium residential brand, 'D'etre.' Last year, it demonstrated its brand competitiveness by achieving excellent pre-sale results in major complexes such as 'Buksuwon Imok District D'etre The Riche II' and 'Incheon Yeongjong International City D'etre La Mer I.'
This year, the company is preparing to supply new complexes with excellent locations and product quality, including 'Okjeong Jungang Station D'etre,' and is pushing forward with projects aimed at supplying approximately 6,000 units. However, the supply schedule will proceed sequentially depending on permits, market conditions, and other factors.
For its pre-sale projects this year, Daebang Construction plans to focus on sites with high competitiveness by comprehensively considering market conditions and project feasibility. Under a strategy of securing both profitability and stability, it plans to build a sustainable growth foundation by balancing the expansion of housing and public projects while actively reviewing new business opportunities such as urban redevelopment.
A Daebang Construction official stated, "We are establishing a stable foundation for growth by expanding business opportunities in various fields, not only in housing but also in public projects and urban redevelopment," adding, "We will strive to provide higher residential value to our customers based on our differentiated product competitiveness and construction capabilities."
