[비즈한국] If you’ve booked tickets for the BTS concert in Busan on the 12th and 13th, you’re in for a real festival. A variety of events have been organized in and around Busan to coincide with the performances.

First, the “BTS Festa” will be held to celebrate the 13th anniversary of the group’s debut. According to their agency, Big Hit Music, a wide range of content will be unveiled during the two-week period surrounding the June 13th debut anniversary.
The festival is titled “13(B)TS,” symbolizing a starting point where BTS and ARMY (the fandom) add a new “1” to their 12-year journey to move forward together into the next chapter.
On the 4th, BTS will kick things off by releasing a group photo taken with a family concept. On the 5th, they will present a performance video for “Hooligan,” a track from their 5th studio album, “ARIRANG.” From the 10th to the 11th, they will release their self-produced content “Run BTS 2.0,” and on the 12th, they will release the track “Come Over,” a new song previously available only on the deluxe vinyl (LP) edition of “ARIRANG.”

Events to welcome international tourists arriving at Gimhae International Airport will also be held.
On the 1st, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced that, in collaboration with the Korea Tourism Organization and the Visit Korea Committee, it will host welcome and farewell events for international tourists at Gimhae International Airport until the 14th.
A welcome booth will be set up at the arrivals terminal of Gimhae International Airport to provide multilingual tourism guidance and information on local attractions, as well as on-site reservation services for local theme tour packages. Welcome kits containing greeting cards, tourist maps, souvenirs, and K-food items will also be distributed.

At the departure terminal of Gimhae International Airport, farewell images will be displayed on digital billboards, and passengers will be provided with goodbye cards and souvenirs featuring traditional Korean cultural themes.

According to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, these events were organized in consideration of the BTS Busan concert and the anticipated increase in international tourists visiting the city.
