[비즈한국] Seoul Media Group has appointed Group Senior Vice Chairman Min Byung-kwan as the new CEO of Sisa Journal Co., Ltd. and Sisa Journal Economy Co., Ltd., effective May 1.
The new CEO, Min Byung-kwan, graduated from the Department of Sociology at Seoul National University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Korea University's Graduate School of Journalism and Mass Communication. He joined JoongAng Ilbo in 1984 as part of the 21st open recruitment class, and previously served as the Editor-in-Chief of JoongAng Ilbo and as CEO of JoongAng M&B and Phoenix Central. He has been serving as the Senior Vice Chairman of Seoul Media Group since January 2026.
