[비즈한국] Seoul Media Comics (CEO Oh Tae-yeop)'s webtoon specialty studio, 'Studio Neulbom,' is releasing the webtoon of the same name for the Saturday-Sunday miniseries 'My Beloved Bandit,' which is scheduled to air on KBS starting January 3, 2026.
'My Beloved Bandit' is a highly anticipated project that KBS is ambitiously launching in the new year, based on the winning entry of the 2020 Studio Dragon253450 drama screenplay contest.
'My Beloved Bandit' is a dangerous and grand romance story about a woman who accidentally becomes the world's greatest bandit and a grand prince who was chasing her, as the souls of the two characters are swapped, leading them to save each other and ultimately protect the people.
Kim Ji-yeon, General Manager of Studio Neulbom, which produced the webtoon, expressed confidence that the 'My Beloved Bandit' webtoon, which begins serialization slightly ahead of the drama's broadcast, will become a major hit that captures readers' attention at once with its stunning artwork, intricate narrative, and sweet romance.
Seoul Media Comics, spun off from the comics division of Seoul Cultural Publishers in 2018, has continued to make significant strides in the content industry by introducing major webtoon content such as 'Legend of the Northern Blade,' 'Ennead,' and 'The Problematic Prince,' in addition to popular printed comics like 'Dragon Ball' and 'Jujutsu Kaisen.'
Neulbom is Seoul Media Comics' studio specializing in webtoons, and it is steadily establishing its position in the webtoon industry by serializing popular works across various genres, including 'To Help You Understand,' 'Ministry of Economy and Finance,' and 'I Quit and Am Healing in Another World.'
The webtoon 'My Beloved Bandit' begins serialization on Naver Webtoon on December 27 and will meet readers every Saturday.
