According to real estate transaction data from the Seoul Open Data Plaza, the analysis of residential property transactions in Seoul from September 1 to September 5 shows that a 12th-floor unit at Mapo Raemian Prugio Complex 4 in Ahyeon-dong, Mapo-gu, with an exclusive area of 84.597㎡, topped the weekly list, selling for 2.475 billion KRW.
A unit at Garak Samick Mansion in Songpa-dong, Songpa-gu, with an exclusive area of 84.828㎡, was sold for 2.275 billion KRW. A unit at Mok-dong New Town Complex 7 in Mok-dong, Yangcheon-gu, with an exclusive area of 53.88㎡, was traded for 2.25 billion KRW. A unit at Mok-dong New Town Complex 13 in Sinjeong-dong, Yangcheon-gu, with an exclusive area of 70.73㎡, was sold for 2.05 billion KRW. A unit at Tens Hill (Complex 2) in Sangwangsimni-dong, Seongdong-gu, with an exclusive area of 127.44㎡, was traded for 2 billion KRW. A unit at Munjeong Raemian in Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu, with an exclusive area of 150.58㎡, was sold for 1.89 billion KRW.
Following this, a unit at Acro Tower Square in Yeongdeungpo-dong 7-ga, Yeongdeungpo-gu, with an exclusive area of 84.65㎡, was traded for 1.84 billion KRW. A unit at Dongik Row House in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, with an exclusive area of 57.06㎡, was sold for 1.82 billion KRW.
