On the 17th, the 2nd Object X Prize ceremony was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Gwanghwamun, Seoul. Working-level staff from the companies that planned each piece of merchandise attended the ceremony. Held ahead of the 'Brand Biz Conference 2024' hosted by Bizhankook, the ceremony revealed the works selected through a 1st round online evaluation and a 2nd round offline evaluation. The event was hosted by Kim Bong-chan, Head of the Brand Strategy Office at Daishin Securities003540.

Jury Head Na Geon shared his review, saying, "We are in an era where 'Brand is everything.' Everyone from companies and public institutions to organizations and individuals is actively engaged in branding. A major issue during this evaluation was defining the scope of what constitutes 'goods.' Through discussion, we concluded that any means of communicating and visualizing something is 'goods.' It was a pleasure working with such excellent judges. I ask for your continued support in the future."

The 'Goods of the Year' grand prize went to Lotte Wellfood's 'Xylitol Music Box.' The Xylitol Music Box is a piece of merchandise that combines the functions of a music box and a gum dispenser. Designed to dispense Xylitol gum from the opening whenever the Lotte Gum CM song finishes, it provides consumers with an emotional experience. It was praised for offering value beyond a simple container for gum and for being planned in a way that allows consumers to rediscover the essence of the product through interaction with the brand.
Kim Dong-ha, Team Leader of the Xylitol Marketing Team at Lotte Wellfood, expressed his thoughts: "We spent quite a long time carefully crafting this. I believe we have shown a different side of gum that had become distant from consumers. Along with my team members, I will continue to make 'more accessible' Lotte Gum. Please look forward to the changing face of Lotte Gum."
